When you visit Phaysone Skincare dot com, to register for a service appointment at our day spa, to submit your email or when you send us email, you are communicating with us electronically and as a result are consenting to receive information from us via email or electronic newsletter. Booking An Appointment
We made it super easy to find a day/time that works for your schedule. Guests may book their appointment in 3 Easy Steps: First: Choose a treatment. Second: Pick a date/time. Third: Provide your information. We require a valid credit card on file to confirm your appointment. You have the option to pay for the full amount of your service at the time of booking online.
Re-scheduling An Appointment and Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other spa guests and our estheticians, we require that you give us at least a 48-hour notice to re-schedule your appointment or cancel. We made it super easy for our guests to re-schedule or cancel an appointment, by going to your appointment request confirmation email.
If your request to re-schedule or cancel an appointment does not meet our 48-hour appointment change request and cancellation policy, the full fee of your confirmed appointment will be charged to the card on file
Cashless Payment Is Preferred
We prefer to be a cashless spa to ease the check-out process of our guests and to minimize the risk of theft. However, if the only payment method available to you is cash, we will accept cash at check-out.
To book a service, a valid credit card is required or if using a Gift eCard, we will require the eGift eCard number at the time of the booking. For your convenience, guests are invited to book their service online.
For guests who are recipients of a Phaysone Skincare Gift eCard, please call 360-449-2609 to book an appointment. We will need your Gift Card #. Further, we made it easy for you to check your Gift eCard balances.
For tips and gratuities, guests have the opportunity to select a % for tips and gratuities at the time of booking.
Gift eCards
Gift eCards purchased on Phaysone Skincare dot com are non-refundable or transferable. Our Gift eCards do not expire. Gift eCards may not be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates or cash. Phaysone Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen gift eCards. Recipients of Phaysone Skincare Gift eCards must call 360-449-2609 to book an appointment. We will need your Gift Card #. Further, we made it easy for you to check your Gift eCard balances.
Spa Arrival
We recommend that you check-in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This gives you time to enjoy a warm or cool beverage and to start the relaxation process prior to your service. Late arrival may mean reduced treatment time we have to finish on time regardless of time you came.
Spa Etiquette
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests' right to privacy and serenity. Please turn off all mobile devices while in the spa area and please keep voices to a whisper.
Parental Consent
Guests under 15 must to be accompanied by a responsible adult or parent with proof of parental consent.
Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or service when making your appointment. For services in our Facial Collection, we do require guests to fill-in our guest in-take form. Phaysone Skincare is held harmless from any information not provided to us at the time of service.
Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please call 360-449-2609 or inbox Hi@PhaysoneSkinare.com for recommendations o which services and treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.
Loss Or Damage Of Property
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit to Phaysone Skincare Spa.
Product Returns
We will accept returned products purchased from our spa within 14-days of the date of purchase, if accompanied by the original receipt, for refund of the purchase price. After 14-days, a merchandise credit will be issued only for unused, unopened products purchased on Phaysone Skincare dot com or our spa. Used and opened products may be exchanged for merchandise credit for up to 10-days after purchase date after which products are non-returnable.

Prices for services and products are subject to change on Phaysone Skincare dot com and menus without advanced notice.
Guest Satisfaction
If for any reason, our services or products did not meet your expectation kindly reach out to Hi@PhaysoneSkincare.com or call 360-449-2609 we fail to meet your expectation with any of our salon or day spa services, please let us know within 24 hours of your service.
Rights of Refusal
Phaysone Skincare dot com and Phaysone Skincare Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct.
